A few days off...

We finally had some days off together over the weekend, although Steve is working today and tomorrow so our weekend was Friday and Saturday. Anyway, Friday was a gorgeous day weather wise so we went over to Dover and walked along the cliff tops (good exercise!) If you ever get the chance, visit the white cliffs at Dover. The views are beautiful!

On Saturday we went across to Sandwich to visit Sue and Quentin who were camping there with Canterbury Baptist Church. It was great to catch up with people we haven't seen for ages, and although the weather wasn't great, the men got in a game of golf and the ladies managed to do a BBQ for when they got back (Tracey and Jen are the BBQ Queens!!)

Watch out future generation...this is what your teachers are like!
Good Luck kids!!!!

Jen only has a few weeks left of her degree and is really busy at the moment writing her dissertations but she does have one thing sorted...a new job! From September she'll be a year 1 teacher at an infant school in Ashford, not far from Canterbury.

North Devon

For the Easter weekend we went to North Devon with Jen's family. We stayed in this new wooden lodge and went out and about to Bude. Weather was great and i managed to get in a game of golf with Dad, while Jen and her mum went shopping!

Easter Break

While i was down in the west country for the Easter break Jen and I went to Longleat for the day to meet up with the rest of her family (See above!). We had a great time and we both recommend going! But watch out for the monkey's, they could wreck your car!
